HALLAM Amos has been selected in Warren Gatland’s squad for the upcoming Six Nations.

The versatile young winger returned from injury at the weekend, making his mark in Newport Gwent Dragons’ win against Castres. Former Monmouth School student Amos scored a try within 50 seconds in a solid performance, making himself a candidate for a starting place in Gatland’s side.

Amos was out for four months after suffering a shoulder injury in the World Cup win against England, and will now be hoping to establish himself for Wales’ Six Nations opener against Ireland in Dublin.
