TWO students from Monmouth Comprehensive School (MCS) have featured in the new Paw Patrol movie, which has been released in cinemas all across the UK.

MCS pupils, Laurence Regan and Harry Thomas have featured in the new film Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie which was released in cinemas across the UK on August 7.

Year nine student, Laurence joined the Paramount and Nickelodeon team in February 2025 as Rubble and is still continuing to have fun recording the ongoing Paw Patrol and Rubble Crew series.

Harry in year 8 joined the team in December 2025 as Marshall and has been having a great time as Paramount and Nickelodeon’s newest voice actor on the series.

Laurence and Harry have been busy working on the latest cinema release where they filmed it in the Molinare Studios in London in the same suite the Paddington films were created.

Molinare studios has been in production for over 45 years. Overtime they have worked on many projects including Tom and Jerry, The Witcher, A Boy Called Christmas, Black Narcissus and many more.

Both of the pupils are also apart of Mayhem Theatre Group in Monmouth – Laurence has been with them for three years whilst Harry has been with the theatre company for five years.

The new film is the third film in the franchise and follows a group of dogs as they discover a new island, make new friends and learn what it really means to be part of the Paw Patrol.

Before the new film franchise started, the programme was a popular series gaining a lot of attraction in 2013 and since its strong growth the first film was released in 2021.

This has given them an opportunity to explore what it is like in a recording studio whilst working alongside others in the creative industry.
