MADAM,

I was travelling home from the garage on my mobility scooter towards the link road and tried to cross over by the new hotel. When I eventually, after 15 minutes or so, got the opportunity to cross I was almost hit off by a vehicle which was travelling toward town. Surely there should be either a temporary or permanent crossing put there before somebody is either seriously hurt or killed.
