A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a 42-year-old Tutshill man accused of threatening to destroy NHS property in Gloucester.

Robert Minister, of Coleford Road, Tutshill, is charged with making a threat to two women that he would 'smash up and burn down' property owned by the NHS.

The charge alleges that he intended the women to fear that the threat would be carried out.

Minister, who has not yet entered a plea to the charge, was due before Cheltenham Magistrates on September 17th.

In his absence the court issued an arrest warrant without bail.
