The order had been made last November and barred her from going to an address in Coleford Road, Tutshill.

Magistrates heard on 14th July, Moseley returned to the address in breach of the order and was re-arrested.

She admitted the breach and was remanded in custody until 16th September. The court refused bail for the sake of her own welfare and protection and because of concern that she would cause fear or injury to another person.

A pre-sentence report on her was ordered for the next hearing.
