CALDICOT Castle manager Dave Adamson is hoping to have a full squad available for Saturday's division three match against promotion hopefuls Rockfield Rovers.
Castle were "soundly beaten" 5-0 at home to Nantyglo on Saturday and Adamson is keen to have everyone fit and ready for a match he admits promises to be another tough encounter.
"There's not a lot to say really about the Nantyglo match," Adamson admitted
"They were better than us in all areas and we were soundly beaten."
Rovers will offer another stern test as they attempt to bounce back into Division 2 after being relegated last season and they too need to recover from a home defeat, 3-1 to Rogerstone.
Currently third in the table and seven points behind leaders Neuadd Wen, Rovers need all three points in order to maintain their challenge.
Castle, although currently 12th in the 16-team division, look to be fairly safe as they have three games in hand and a six-point advantage over the club in 13th place, Thornwell Red & White, whose game was called off.
In Division Two, Blackrock Rovers have slipped to bottom and must aim to bridge the three-point gap when they travel to 15th-place Mardy on Saturday.
With the bottom four clubs all having played 19 games only four points separate them so Rovers cannot afford to lose further ground.
