THE Royal Dean Forest Cycling Club's (RDFCC) mountain bike champion Jared Linden was at it again over the weekend, winning the sports category at the Southern Region Championship at Wasing Park, Aldermaston on Sunday.

The club's time trial series also continued with the father and son Parry duo winning the event.

Colin and Bob completed the Walford "10" course in an impressive 23 minutes 21 seconds, closely followed with the pairing of Earl Smith and Steve Williams in 23:56.

Third place went to Dave and Ashley Hutchinson from St Raphael Club in 24:18.

The club's rides run from Parkend on Sundays, starting at 9am for youths and 9.30 for everyone else.
