KESTREL gymnasts swapped competition leotards for carnival costumes when they performed in the Welsh Gymnastics Gymeisteddfod at South Wales National Centre in Cardiff. 

The theme was carnival, and the gymnasts, aged five years onwards, looked fabulous in their costumes and put on a great team performance for a large audience, with a beautiful carnival backdrop. They all enjoyed the fun atmosphere compared to the normal competition pressure, and were pleased to be presented with medals and certificates at the end of the day.
