UNDERWOOD Athletic A have the chance to keep the pressure on second-placed Severn Tunnel A this weekend with a win away at Severn Bridge.
Underwood are five points behind Severn Tunnel A, and with Tunnel not having a game to play this weekend Underwood could close the gap to the top two sides who play each other on 12th March. Crucially, Tunnel welcome Underwood on 19th March in a match which could define both sides’ seasons.
In the other games in Division One, Caldicot Town welcome Thornwell Red and White A while Undy Athletic host Chepstow Athletic.
Meanwhile, Chepstow Town could take the lead in Division Two with a point away at Thornwell Red and White B on Saturday. Town currently sit second, one point behind leader Underwood Athletic B with a game in hand and superior goal difference. With Thornwell footing the table, the Town will fancy their chances with just a handful of games remaining.
Sudbrook CC welcome Severn Tunnel B and Caldicot Castle B host Portskewett and Sudbrook in the other Divison Two games.
