PREMIERSHIP club Cross Keys RFC visited Monmouth last weekend, with both teams taking part in a gruelling three and a half hour pre-season training session run by visiting head coach, Greg Woods.

Chairman of Monmouth RFC, Lloyd Davies, said: “It was great to entertain our friends from Cross keys RFC once again this season.
