CHEPSTOW Athletic Club A maintained their second place in the A league after a convincing 7-2 victory over Chepstow Footbal Club B.
Village Inn B stay top after their 8-1 win against the Burnt Barn Club A. Lee Ford and Alan Robbins both hit 180's for the Village Inn, while Derek Bryant took out an impressive 142 checkout for the Burnt Barn.
The Huntsman Hotel picked up maximum points in a close fought game, beating the Severn Bridge Social Club 5-4, with the Huntsman's Mark Cordell taking out a 120 checkout, and Nigel Jones of the Severn Bridge taking out a 113.
Marc Baynton and Martin Hancock both hit 100 plus finishes for the Five All's, but they still couldn't beat Chepstow Football Club A, who ran out 7-2 winners, with the Football club's Rich Aggett and Steve Swallow both hitting 180's.
In the B league, bottom team Thornwell Football Club picked up a useful win with an 8-7 victory at the Village Inn A, while the Carpenters Arms shocked the Burnt Barn Club B winning 12-3 at the Bulwark club.
