THE family of a 30-year-old motorcyclist who died after a road traffic collision near Raglan have paid their respects.
30-year-old John Grant from the Bristol area was involved an RTC between a blue Honda motorcycle and a Range Rover, near the Clytha Arms Pub and Restaurant on 4th June.
Mr Grant’s family provided the following tribute: “At 7.15pm on Saturday evening I had two beautiful sons who were literally my pride and my joy, by 7.45pm Johnny had gone.
“We are all totally and utterly heartbroken to lose him, a loving and beloved son, brother, friend and partner.
“He died doing what he loved.
“Please hold your children close to you.”
A 60-year-old man from Monmouthshire was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He is on police bail until 26th September.
