My family and I would like to thank all the kind strangers who helped us after our car accident on 7th September at Raglan - those who phoned for an ambulance, the quick response team who were with us in minutes and the police, fire and ambulance crews. And all of the helpful staff at Nevill Hall, especially the medical and nursing staff who dealt with us promptly and efficiently.
For all the criticism that the NHS receives, we found our treatment first class and for us, it is still a wonderful service of which we can be truly proud.
