This is an open letter to all stockpilers in Monmouthshire. My wife has dementia, she is totally incontinent and needs 24 hour care and lives at home with me. We rely on tissues and especially wet wipes for the three-times-a-day carers to do their job. Visiting my usual supermarket this week, I found it impossible to locate any wet wipes as greedy stockpilers who probably never use or ever buy such items have cleared the shelves. My wife and I are both over 70 years of age and therefore are asked to self isolate as best we can, but thanks to the greed and inconsiderate behaviour of yourselves, I will have to search further afield so making it more of a risk to our wellbeing.
