It occurred to me that as the Hebron Hall site has been withdrawn from sale temporarily, what a golden opportunity for Monmouthshire County Council (or a private buyer) to turn this into a multi-storey car park!

There is a ready-made pedestrian way out on to Monnow Street together with an already made up road for car access at the rear. It could be at least three storeys high without destroying the view from Monnow Street and could make a good profit in the future for an overstretched county council!
