A BOOK raising awareness of people living with dementia and isolation has been published in connection with Raglan Afternoon Teas and Friends of Dingestow social groups.

Compiled and published by Sarah Bevan and Caroline Price, the book, called ‘The Journey of Recipes,’ features favourite recipes donated by people in the community to share with neighbours, friends and family.

The book was sponsored by local businesses and also donations, so all proceeds will help the groups financially as both are run by volunteers. The book costs £5 and can be purchased from Edinburgh Woollen Mill, Oasis, Red Door Deli, Parsons Nose Dingestow and in Raglan N.S James, Extons and Nisa.

Raglan holds its monthly meeting on the first Wednesday of the month at Raglan Old School, then at Dingestow Hall second Tuesday of the month at 2pm.
