Despite windy conditions, both the Old Severn Bridge and the Second Severn Crossing are open to all traffic this morning (3rd February).

In Chepstow, usual congestion has been reported approaching the High Beech roundabout, and on the A48 towards Newport, with traffic moving at around 5mph.
