IT was smiles all round from three seven-year-old Kestrel gymnasts at the end of the South East Wales Preliminary Championships held at Eastern Leisure Centre in Cardiff.

Dovydas Zagorskis, James Davies and Oliver Sapsford set out for their first Regional Tumble and Vault Championships after having trained really hard, especially on the Table Vault which was actually taller than James.

The boys had to complete two different vaults and tumbles in the Level 1 Under 10 age group.

Oliver was placed fourth overall, James took the Bronze Medal, and Dovydas won Gold as Region Champion, and together they took Gold as SE Region Team Champions.
