Age Cymru is Wales’ largest charity for older people and our mission is to create an age friendly Wales.

Our research shows that 41,000 over- 65s in Wales say they are often or always lonely.

That is why we are delighted to be able to offer a number of grants to older people’s groups across Wales to organise a get-together for potentially vulnerable older people during the winter months.

We’re providing these Winter Celebration Grants as part of our annual ‘Spread the Warmth’ campaign.

From lunch clubs, to older people’s forums, to sheltered housing schemes, and more – if you’re involved with a group that works with older people, you can apply for one of these Winter Celebration Grants.
