THE Welsh blood Service are holding another session to give people in the community a chance to donate blood at Bridges Community Centre on Wednesday August 6.

The Welsh Blood Service are the primary supplier of blood products to NHS Wales.

The appointment is around 45-60 minutes but the time it takes to give blood is between five and ten minutes.

By donating blood, you could potentially help save someone’s life and you don’t need to know your blood type to donate.

The Welsh blood service plays a vital role in giving thousands of people across Wales a lifeline in their greatest time of need.
