MADAM,

I would like to publicly thank our newest veterinary surgery, Vets4Pets on Rockfield Road.

I am not registered with them, as I currently do not have a pet. However, when I phoned them about an animal I had come across that was suffering, they dealt with this situation with speed, compassion and generosity.

It was wonderful to see the whole team with exactly the same ethos. Camilla on reception, through to the nurses and vet, prioritised the animal’s well being and suffering above anything else.

How lucky we are, to have such a caring dedicated practice in Monmouth.

Well done Vets4Pets. May you continue with your excellent compassionate work ethic and thank you once again.
