THE A40 in Monmouth is busy but moving this morning.

Traffic congestion is causing some delays in the A40 westbound carriageway.

Elsewhere, there are some delays on the M4. Traffic is heavy moving westbound between junctions 26 and 28, and is moving slowly eastbound between junctions 29 and 26.
