MADAM,

Last Friday I saw a notice as I drove past the car park where the market is situated which said: "Stall holders wanted" I think there were only three stalls there, plants, carpets and one other with its back to the road.

Surely this is a good opportunity to remove these stalls and have the car parking spaces back.
