TWO vehicles were broken into at the Lower Wyndcliff car park on Friday 29th May.

The vehicles, parked up in the car park near Tintern on the A466, had handbags taken from inside after windows were smashed on each vehicle.

Gwent Police reminds people to ensure they don't leave their belongings on display in parked vehicles.

This is especially the case in a rural car park with few people about. It is advised that, ideally you take items with you, or lock them securely away out of sight.
