A special thank you to everyone that attended the Mayor’s Spectacular Show on 6th October, together with the organisations that contributed to a very successful event on the Thursday night at the Savoy Theatre: Monmouth Women’s Choir, Wyesham Brownies, The Savoy Youth Players, Wyesham Scout Group, Monmouth Comprehensive School, 3 Bucket - Jones Singers, Paul Northey (Elvis) and Samantha Densham who organised the Spectacular Show.

I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the following local businesses that very kindly donated items that we auctioned on the night: Edwards of Monmouth, Waitrose, Archenfield Insurance Management Ltd, Handyman House, Exton’s, MONO Ladies Clothing Shop, Timpsons Ltd, Robert Price (Builders Merchants) Ltd, Car Care and the new ScrewFix shop in Monmouth.

My charities this year are the RNLI, Wyesham Scouts, Monmouth Guides and The Special Needs unit at Overmonnow School.
