MADAM,

Through your letters page in the Monmouthshire Beacon, we would like to thank the person/s who remain unknown to us for helping our daughter when she fell on Thursday 6th October near Monmouth bus station, and for her safe return home.

Thanks also to Tracey Best, who sought medical advice and help after the unknown person went into Monnow Vale Health and Social Care facility.

Thanks as well to Diane and Brian Cleaves who informed us of the incident. It was much appreciated.
