EYE-CATCHING artistry from creative Monmouth students will be showcased in a public exhibition in the town.

Creates Galley, in collaboration with Art In Penallt, is hosting this year’s End of Year Exhibition by Monmouth’s students.

Monmouth School for Boys’ pupils Wilfrid Wright, Robert Bowman, Angus McIntyre, Harry Sully, Samuel Rea, Harry Racz and Jason Wan will have work on display in the Church Street gallery.

“I am thrilled that seven of our talented Sixth Form artists have had their work selected to be exhibited in Creates Gallery,” said Head of Art and Design at Monmouth School for Boys, Mr Matt Peake.

The exhibition preview takes place on Friday 31st August from 4pm to 6pm and is open to all.

The A level artwork, which includes pieces from pupils at Monmouth Comprehensive School, is being showcased on Saturday 1st September and Sunday 2nd September from 10am and 4pm.

Creates Gallery is an independent gallery in Monmouth offering original artwork in a relaxed setting.
