Did you miss the chance to help make hay in the wildflower area of Monmouth Cemetery? Don’t worry. We’ll be meeting again next Saturday from about 10am to 2pm. The MCC mowing team have very kindly re-cut the area for us, making the grass lighter and finer and easy to rake.

It is quite a satisfying job for both adults and children.Removing the grass helps to encourage finer wildflowers and thus pollinators and butterflies. Take your own picnic, but we’ll bring hot and cold drinks to be shared. Hoping for the same brilliant sunny weather!
