MADAM,

According to the Monmouth council there is no problem with speeding traffic up the Kymin. Then why is there traffic calming bumps on the approach road to the roundhouse and temple?

The speed detecting cables were positioned in the wrong place being the long straight and steep part of the Kymin Road. On the steep and narrow road 30mph is much too fast.

May I remind the council the concerns and requests of the people of Monmouth are just as important as those of the supermarket giants, hotel chains and housing developments.
