Chepstow Town Council has advised residents of a temporary footpath closure from Friday, September 5 to Sunday, September 7.

A Chepstow Town Council spokesperson said: “Monmouthshire County Council intends to temporarily close Footpath 68, St Arvans, to allow the safe running of the Into the Woods Festival, a ticketed music event with DJs and multiple stages organised by Discotek Events Ltd.

“The footpath will be obstructed by event infrastructure including fencing and a stage. A signed alternative route will be in place during the closure. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.”
