A NINETEENTH century Monnow Street building is up for sale.
Hebron Hall, a Pentecostal chapel which dates back to 1864 was designed by minister George Dobson. The chapel is situated back from the Monnow Street and reached through a gate between two shops. It was originally built for a Primitive Methodist congregation, and served that denomination into the twentieth century.
The property is going up for auction in Cardiff on Thursday (12 September) with Paul Fosh Auctions.
This is shortly after the ancient sprawling former alehouse, recently known as The Vine Tree but earlier as The Coach and Horses, was also sent up for auction last month, with Paul Fosh Auctions.
