MADAM,

I recently had an accident, which resulted in a very badly cut, bruised and swollen face. 

I explained to the manageress in Superdrug that I was shortly to have a photograph taken, for the Monmouth Ladies Choir.

This delightful lady went to an enormous amount of trouble, testing various makeup and corrector sticks to hide the mark still remaining upon my face.

I would like to thank her for her sensitivity and kindness, and in fact I have found that all of the Superdrug staff have in the past been very helpful.

A big thank you to the manageress for her over and above kindness.
