From 7 August 2025, the Working Wales outreach service in Chepstow relocated from Chepstow Library to The Palmer Community Centre, Place De Cormeilles, High Street, Chepstow, NP16 5LH.
Outreach support will continue to be available every Thursday, with pre-booked appointments only running between 9am and 2pm. To book an appointment, please call the main Careers Wales number on 0800 028 4844.
Working Wales, delivered by Careers Wales and funded by the Welsh Government, provides careers guidance and employability support for those aged 16 and above. The service can help with:

Lauren Phillips, careers adviser at Careers Wales, said: “We’re looking forward to welcoming customers at our new location at The Palmer Centre.
