ON Saturday, February 28th £170 was raised at a coffee morning for the Mayor's charity.

Cllr Jane Gunter is supporting the Monmouth Tea Dance, Busy Bees Play Group and Click Sargent.

She was joined by some members of the Town Council, who discussed issues and suggestions that members of the community raised with them.

The next event will be the Mayor's Variety Spectacular, where local talent presents music, comedy and dance at the Savoy Theatre on 19th March, 7.30pm.
