Wyndcliffe Court's Sculpture Gardens are open for their final weekend this weekend.

From Friday to Sunday, 10am - 6pm, the gardens will welcome visitors for the very last time this year, to enjoy the tranquil surroundings, view over 300 sculptures and sample the delicious range of homemade cakes and snacks on the terrace overlooking the Severn Estuary.

The gardens have been voted in the Telegraphs top Ten UK Sculpture Gardens, and have welcomed over 7000 visitors into the gardens in the past five months, making its opening year a highly successful one.

The gardens will re-open in the spring with a brand new sculpture show.

In keeping with the creative success of the seasonal sculpture shows this year, Wyndcliffe Court will be opening its doors, and otherwise private grand Oak Ballroom, for a variety of arts and crafts courses this winter.

Beginning in November, every Monday Wyndcliffe will be hosting a number of courses from local professionals, including portrait bust sculpture, watercolour painting, seasonal floristry workshops, chocolate making for Christmas, art history, patchwork quilting and many more.

Bookings are being taken now, and courses have a limited number of places. Perfect to brush up on skills, learn a new craft or to give as a gift to someone special.

Wyndcliffe Court hopes to become known as a local Welsh venue for the arts, welcoming local residents of all abilities to learn and create in a beautiful, and relaxing atmosphere.
