AN ATTEMPT to set a new world record for the most gigs played in 12 hours is to come to Monmouth this week.
Tom Grennan is a British singer-songwriter based in London whose songs have featured on the title music to Sky Sports’ Premier League coverage, Radio 1 (b-list), Virgin and Absolute Radio playlists and have racked up almost five million streams.
To celebrate the release of Tom Grennan’s debut album ‘Lighting Matches’ on 6th July, Tom is looking to break the official UK Guinness world record for most gigs played in 12 hours. He will be starting his World Record attempt at 9am on Wednesday 11th July in Breightmet, Bolton.
Grennan will be performing his concert in Monmouth’s Estero Lounge at 3pm. If he successfully performs his concert in 10 towns between Manchester and Marlborough in 12 hours, he will have officially completed a new UK Guinness World Record.
