BIG Lottery Funding is supporting charitable and community groups across the county.
Women's Aid Monmouthshire Limited's Gwella project, which brings together four support, advocacy and other services to women, children and families in South East Wales, will receive a grant of £210,060, which will be used over three years to fund staff posts and associated project costs.
An award of £37,500 to Caerwent Playing Field Ltd's Jubilee Trail project will go towards funding the capital costs of building the trail.
Llanarth Village Hall is benefiting from the Awards for Wales' grants, with £5,000 awarded for upgrading equipment.
A grant of £1,213 will enable Shirenewton Community Council and Shirenewton Local History Society to refurbish the redundant telephone kiosk at the heart of the village as an accessible information resource for the community.
Llangattock Community Woodlands Ltd were awarded £4,810 to buy equipment to convert poor quality windblown trees into firewood for the local community.
Training in Autism Spectrum Conditions in Monmouth received a grant of £5,000 to arrange four skills based training days.
Commenting on the awards, Monmouth AM Nick Ramsay said: "I am delighted that the dedicated work of these local organisations has been rewarded in this way. I would urge other local organisations in need of grant aid to consider applying for Big Lottery funding."
