A WONDERFUL array of stalls, live music and Father Christmas will illuminate a popular festive market in Monmouth next month.

The Friends of Monmouth School for Boys (FOMS) is organising its annual Christmas Market on Saturday December 4 in The Blake Theatre from 11am to 2.30pm.Glass ornaments, dragons wrought in ironwork, silver and beaded jewellery, Welsh tweed, honey and candles will be among the many locally produced items on sale.The festive market will also include Christmas cards, decorations, homeware, portraits on the spot, cashmere and delicious beverages."It’s almost time for people to dust off their tinsel, find a festive hat and browse an array of local stalls at our market," said FOMS chair, Eva Lindhe."Our Christmas Market is open to everyone in the town and we hope people will join us for a mince pie, a glass of mulled wine and enjoy music from the choir and brass band."For more information about the Christmas Market, please e-mail: [email protected]
