With reference to the Dixton Road plans now laid to rest:

I am particularly interested in electric cars and had a guest recently who had a new Tesla Model 3 and who wanted to recharge it nearby.

I thought an ideal use for the patch of land referred to in your article would be an electric charging station for what soon will be a big need in all towns. Rapid charging takes around 30 mins so there would be a quick turnaround, and maybe the customers could walk into town if they wanted a meal etc.

My plan would make use of this land and provide a neat solution for car charging!
