A CHEPSTOW school pupil has bagged a big prize in an art competition organised by the town's Tesco store to tell customers about its click and collect online shopping service.

Harrison Coppen, aged 9, from The Dell Primary School, won £300 for the school and a £25 Tesco gift card for himself.

The main prize though was seeing the winning artwork printed on 250 re-usable shopping bags which will now be distributed free to parents and children at The Dell.

Schoolchildren had been asked by Tesco to design an eye-catching picture to help promote the new service.

Harrison's entry (pictured) was selected by the competition's judges for its colour, impact, sense of fun and style.
