MADAM,
It is beginning to look to me as if the government is steadily creating a desperate underclass of poor people, which is so good for people who don’t want to work but want to derive high incomes from share owning and banking.
It seems to be working because nearly all the wealth is owned by a tiny number of people. I do not want to see ragged children with worn out shoes as I did when I was very young.
Please let us not consent to these silly tax credit cuts which will create so many social problems that far from saving money they will cost money in the not very long run.
