A BIG Jam night held in honour of a popular Chepstow landlady raised £2300 on Friday (3rd October).

The Electric Landlady Big Jam Night paid tribute to Alison Beasley, who lost her fight against cancer in March this year.

Local musicians joined party-goers and friends of Alison, affectionately known as Landlady Lil, at the Smirnoff Bar in Chepstow to raise money for St David's Hospice. Amongst the bands were the popular Tywsted River, Stoney Broke, Super Gaz and DJ Jon Russ.

The evening also included a raffle and tattooing by Dan Grimes.
