Caldicot Co-op employee Gill Baynton joined the town's fundraising spirit last Wednesday (25th June) as she shaved her hair off in aid of the Help Imogen Walk campaign. After having her head shaved, the shop's team leader said: "The store has chosen Imogen as its elected charity, and I'm just doing my bit. Another member of staff had the idea, but her family wasn't too happy about her going through with it, so I took her place. "It's actually not as bad as I thought". Gill has raised £400 through the challenge, and any new donations can be given in store or online at http://www.justgiving.com/helpimogenwalk">www.justgiving.com/helpimogenwalk. Imogen's mum Catherine said: "I'm really surprised that someone has offered to do this for Imogen. It's not like selling a few cakes, this is a massive thing. "I didn't know Gill before she offered too this, but she has definitely made a huge difference to the campaign."
