A-LEVEL students at Wyedean School's Sixth Form Centre have achieved another excellent set of results in this summer's exams. Almost half of the grades achieved were A*, A or B, and there was an overall pass rate of 99 per cent. The percentage of students achieving the highest A* grades doubled last year's figures, and the improved results mean that almost all students will move on to their first choice university or college, or to their chosen employment. Headteacher Clive Pemberton said: "I am delighted with the performance of our students in this summer's exams. "There have been some excellent achievements by students at all levels of ability, and the school this morning is full of happy, celebrating young people all looking forward to their future."
