MADAM, Work is now well under way on the site of Raglan Services on the A40 going north. If McDonald's and Costa Coffee want to get into this area, then this would be a much better location for both, than the edge of Monmouth. There is parking, without causing more chaos at Dixton roundabout, and it is away from walking distance from schools. Also the proposed pet shop is a bad idea, as there is already a pet shop in Monmouth. Julie Smith (Llandenny)
