TWO arrests have been made by Gwent Police in connection with the armed burglary at the One Stop Shop in Usk on Sunday morning.
An appeal was launched to identify a man after an armed burglary in Usk, when a man approached staff outside the store as they were opening up. He was holding a metal bar and a small knife which may have had red blade or handle.
He demanded to be taken to the safe and took a substantial amount of money before making off.
Gwent Police confirmed this morning (14th February) that a 36-year-old male from Blaina and a 42-year-old male from Little Mill have now been arrested in connection with the burglary.
