AN APPEAL has been launched after the theft of nine bottles of alcohol totalling more than £245.

The theft, which took place at Waitrose in Caldicot last Tuesday (22nd November) at around 3.45pm, is believed to have taken place when two females concealed nine bottles of spirits.

They then proceeded to pay for other goods but left without paying for the spirits.

The females are also believe to be wanted for a theft of alcohol at an Asda store on the same day straight afterwards.
