FIFTEEN new homes will be built in Trellech after councillors approved plans yesterday (7th July).
The homes, nine of which will be affordable, will be built on land at Greenway Lane, Trellech.
The affordable houses will include two one bedroom flats, four two bedroom houses, two three bedroom houses and one four bedroom house. The six private houses will be four bedroom homes.
Councillor Roger Harries said: "I welcome these plans.
"We live in a beautiful county but most is unaffordable so we do need more affordable housing."
