Chepstow’s Garden City – built during the First World War to house workers in the National Shipyard no. 1 – celebrated its centenary with a Fun Day on July 1st organised by the Garden City Community Group.
One of the most popular attractions was the history display which drew crowds of visitors to look at old photographs and read residents’ memories of life there.
People who missed the event – or want to take a second look – can now see it at the Tourist Information Centre until 10th September.
It will also be on show at Chepstow Hub from 3rd October.
